Principal: Gregory W. Beck

Mr. Beck has extensive experience providing a variety of financial and tax accounting services to a wide range of business and individuals specializing in meeting the unique needs of non-public, closely-held businesses.

He emphasizes meeting the individual needs of businesses with a unique kind of service.  Rather than an occasional tax preparer, he wants to become an integral part of your management team so that you can get the most benefit from his business knowledge and years of experience.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton in January 1981 and his certificate to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in May 1983.

He has served clients in manufacturing, distribution, franchising, real estate, construction, computer hardware and software, law, medicine, insurance, oil and gas, consumer services, education, not-for-profit entities, environmental testing, freight bill auditing, restaurant, engineering, clothing, telemarketing, restaurant, automobile dealerships and telecommunications, etc.  In addition, he has assisted companies in bankruptcy, provided expert witness services regarding marital dissolution and forensic accounting services.

Mr. Beck has been a guest lecturer at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.  He authorized a white-paper on “How Should Your Business Be Taxed”.  He is a member of Southern California Business Network International where he has twice served as president of his local chapter.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Manager: Sherri S. Davis, EA

Sherri S. Davis, EA started her tax and accounting career in 1995 working with the CPA firm of Holder and Zimmerman, Inc. While working there she earned her Associate of Arts degree in accounting. In February 2018 she earned the right to practice before the Internal Revenue Service with the status of Enrolled Agent (EA). She joined the tax & accounting CPA firm of Gregory W. Beck, CPA, A Professional Corporation in 2017. Her experience includes specialization in real estate partnerships, corporations, high-net worth individuals and not for profit entities. She also has a niche in estate and trusts. Sherri has 2 children, a 21 year old daughter attending the University of Hawaii and a five year old son at St. Paul’s Lutheran School. Her favorite pastimes are attending baseball games and camping with friends and family.

​​Senior Staff Accountant: Virginia (Ginger) Rose, EA

Virginia (Ginger) Rose earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting in 1991 and completed her Enrolled Agent status with the Internal Revenue Service in 2012. Ginger has worked for both public corporations as and public accounting firms. Her experience includes partnerships, corporations; and high net-worth individuals. As a former small business owner Ginger understands the challenges facing businesses. In January of 2021 Ginger joined the tax & accounting CPA firm of Gregory W. Beck, CPA, A Professional Corporation where she holds the position of Senior Staff accountant. . Her favorite pastimes include running, cycling and yoga.

She specializes in organizing, assembling and monitoring client projects throughout the firm.
